Membership Terms and Conditions

This membership agreement is entered into by RAA Trading and You (The Member) to RAA Trading’s Premium Membership, and comes into effect as of the date you first subscribed.

1.    Member Benefits

As of part of membership with RAA Trading, the Member will receive the following benefits:

• Access to exclusive content such as trade set ups, analysis of different markets and educational material.

2.    Membership Dues

You hereby agree to pay £49.99 a month or £499 yearly using our secure payment platform. If you miss or fail to make your renewal payment you will be contacted and given 3 days notice before we terminate your membership. Repeated late payments will result in your membership being terminated at our discretion.

3.    Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

●    Share their login information or any content with non-members.

●    Reproduce or distribute any of the information/content received as part of their membership and share it with non-members.

●    Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions 

4.    Liability

The Member will not hold RAA Trading liable for any tangible or intangible damage or losses that might occur to them whilst they are part of the membership.

The Member also agrees that RAA Trading will not be held liable for any information or suggestions provided to them by RAA Trading during or after their membership that results in financial loss or any issues that result as of decisions the member has made.

RAA Trading does not provide financial advice and content displayed on our website and in our membership is purely educational and open to interpretation. As such we are not responsible for any financial decisions made by the Member.

The Member agrees that RAA Trading cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.

We will strive to do our best to provide content to the Member as described in the membership, however we will not be held responsible if for any reason, that we cannot produce content as regularly as we would like to.

5.    Privacy

RAA Trading will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties.

The Member also agrees not to share any personal information from other members that may be displayed on private blog/forum discussions with other members, non-members or any third parties.

6.    Membership Termination

RAA Trading has the right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this agreement are violated. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for their next billing cycle.

By signing up to RAA Trading’s Premium Membership, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
